Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt) must be provided.
1.2 Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Damaged or defective items due to misuse, improper care, or tampering.
2. Return Process
2.1 To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@khareeedlo.online within 7 days of receiving the product.

- Provide your order details and reason for the return.
2.2 Upon approval of your return request, we will provide a return shipping address and guidelines for returning the product.
2.3 Customers must pay a return processing fee of INR 149 in advance (online only) to avail of the return service. This fee covers logistics and administrative costs and is non-refundable.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. We reserve the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
3.2 Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer upon customer request.
3.3 Shipping charges and the return processing fee (INR 149 paid in advanced) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return the product (as per the return policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@khareeedlo.online with clear photos/videos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the issue is verified.
6. General Conditions
6.1 KhareeedLo reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page.
6.2 For any disputes, the courts of Haryana, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
